Bored England

English cricketers Paul Collingwood and Lian Plunkett have discovered their respective families have ancestral links with Charlie Chaplin and Adolf Hitler and thus in a recognition of this discovery, they are going to be sporting mustaches:

Ah well, not quite, for the moment, they are just (understatement) bored:

The England cricket team currently touring Pakistan have decided to indulge in an unusual team-building exercise - by growing moustaches. The winner of the competition will be judged on the morning of the first Test in Multan on 12 November. Hampshire spinner Shaun Udal told The Sun: "Kevin Pietersen and Liam Plunkett are winning with some absolute beauties under their noses." The 36-year-old added: "I look a bit like Hitler, but I'll keep trying." It was because the players were so bored that the idea sprang to life.

Unquote the least boring sports website of all, BBC

Oh dear!

post script: Unquote Eric Hoffer, "When people are bored, it is primarily with their own selves that they are bored".
