This blog started some time ago with an article questioning the rise of a new Maradona, and even though we're still waiting for the reincarnation to complete (if it ever will), more evidence of a miracle is surfacing. This doesn't quite give me goosebumps like the Maradona goal versus England in 1986, but the similarity is remarkable:

Just like I'd argue that someone who's only 19 can't be a world-class player (yet), for me there's still something missing if we are really to proclaim he is the new Maradona, but I'm starting to think more and more that this is just because he's only 19 years old. He can't have the leadership attributes that Maradona showed yet, and many people say he's faster than Maradona, but over time he'll probably also slow down. I guess only time will tell but keep your eyes on this kid!
